Our Management
Bombela Roads and Buildings is a private (Pty) Ltd company founded by Miss Bongiwe
Mavimbela who holds 100% shares in the company. Bongiwe is a dedicated and a
hard working professional, a natural problem solver and entrepreneur at heart. Her
solution driven approach let to the formation of the company in order to fulfil an
infrastructural need in communities that sought much needed development that
improves lives and connects communities.
Bongiwe hails from the town of Ermelo in the Mpumalanga province and holds
Bachelors in Social Science attained in 2017 and Honours in Psychology attained in
2018 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Bongiwe handles operations, business joint
ventures and the day to day duties that are required to provide a comprehensive
Building and Road construction service for clients and partners.
Our Personnel
The company has a well dedicated team of professionals that are sourced for their
skills, exceptional service and attention to detail. We always ensure that we improve
our efforts to keep our team abreast of the latest trends and methods in Building and
Road construction, as it is important to continuously find better methods of serving our
